Return Policy 

We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Stitches. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. For a full refund merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt

If you do not have your original receipt, a store credit will be issued for any returns made during the 14 day period. Tags must be intact and items cannot be used or worn.

Items will not be eligible for any form of refund/return or exchange if tags are not attached. Items exchanged outside of our 14 day policy will not be accepted.


Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. This policy will apply to all in store and online purchases made

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at southernstitchesofchapin@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 
Shipping Policy If your package is lost in transit please email us at southernstitchesofchapin@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
