Refund policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Stitches. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. For a full refund merchandise must be unworn with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt
If you do not have your original receipt, a store credit will be issued for any returns made during the 14 day period. Tags must be intact and items cannot be used or worn.Items will not be eligible for any form of refund/return or exchange if tags are not attached. Items exchanged outside of our 14 day policy will not be accepted.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. This policy will apply to all in store and online purchases made
